Warranty - Placeofclocks.com Guarantee
If the customer, for any reason, is not satisfied with their purchase, placeofclocks.com will refund the price of the item as long as the customer notifies us within 7 days of the purchase and returns the item unused and undamaged. The customer must notify us prior to shipping the item for any returns. The customer will be given a return authorizaiton number. The customer will be responsible for shipping cost. Most of our products are sent from the manufacturer or distributor. Therefore we offer no inventory, shipment or product guarantees. Although the vast majority of ordered products are readily available for shipement, occasionally an item is temporarily out of stock or has been discontinued without our knowledge. Most of our products come from manujfacturers or distributer companaies who have designated us as registered authorized dealers. Therefore PlaceOfClocks.com is not responsible for product guarantees. Please refer to the manufacturer's warranty in the case of problems incurred after usage. Shipping
Placeofclocks.com deals with manufacturers and distributors that normally ship orders within 3 business days of order placement. Placeofclocks.com will not approve shippment of an order until we recieve verificaiton of payment. We have found that most of our orders are shipped within 24 hours. Occasionally, due to holidays or peak seasonal shopping an item may take longer to ship. Please feel free to contact us anytime about the status of an order. If shipment time is a concern please contact us at customer.service@placeofclocks.com prior to placing your order.
Shipping Methods
Most of placeofclocks.com items will be shipped UPS ground. Oher shipping methods may be available upon request. it you have any special needs in regard to shipping, please contact us at customer.service@placeofclocks.com. prior to placing your order to make any necessary arangements.
We do not accept on-line orders for international shipments. For international orders, please contact customer.service@placeofclocks.com for a price and delivery time calculation. With international orders, the customer is responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or duties related to importing the item into his/her home country. There is no way for Placeofclocks.com to determine those fees, if any. You should inquire at your own Customs service web site for information regarding this matter so that you know what to expect when your package arrives.

Returns
All returns must be approved before you can return the item. A claim must be filed via email within 7 days of receipt of the item or the claim can not be considered. You will recieve a return authorization number. This number must be included with the returned product. If you need to return an item, please contact us at customer.service@placeofclocks.com and include the reason that you need to return the item. We will then contact you about the possibility of the return and the procedure, if your return is approved. Items must be returned in the original packaging and in the condition in which they were received. You are not responsible for return shipping costs in cases where the manufacturer/supplier/delivery company is at fault. However, in all other cases you will be responsible for the cost of shipping on the returned item, and any applicable restocking fees.
Once an order is shipped, we can not cancel an order.
