Seth Thomas Clocks and  Bradford Clocks have a two and one year limited Warranty, respectively. 

Additionaly the Hermle, Kieninger, Ridgeway, Schneider, Maples and PS Clock brands have warranties that match the outstanding quality of the brands. 

 

Customer service is our primary concern.   We guarantee the best customer service that is within our control.  Your questions will usually be addressed within 24 hours and we will keep you updated in the event we need to work with our manufacturers or distributers on an issue.

Your satisfaction is important to us and we want to provide all the informaiton you need to help you decorate your home with a quality clock.   

Due to our low cost shipping policies and expenses associated with discounting most of our products, all returns, if not the result of a defective product, will result in a 15% handling and restocking charge.  (minimum charge of $15.00). 

 

Additionally, the customer is responsible for payment of return shipping. 

All returns must be pre-approved.  A return authorization will be given upon approval.
